Forget-Me-Not Inc. (FMN) is searching for 4-legged fur-kids to star in our 2019 Pet Calendar. Your pet can vie for the coveted cover or pet of the month honors.
It is so easy to enter! Submit a photo of your pet looking his/her best, striking a pose, and putting his/her best paw forward. There is a $10 tax deductible entry fee. The contest is open to everyone; your photo entry does not have to be of a pet adopted from FMN– we love them all!
Next, share/send your pet's link to family and friends. Each vote is one dollar. You may vote as often as you like.
The calendar fundraiser helps us raise the funds needed to continue our work and care for homeless pets and pets at risk for euthanasia in local county shelters. We are a true NO KILL pet rescue with a 100% save rate.
The contest opens for entries and votes at 5PM on Thursday, October 18, 2018 EST and closes at 10PM EST on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
If you have questions, email us at email@example.com or call us at (941) 500-4269.
Once entered, your pet is eligible to win one of the spots in the 2019 Calendar. The pet receiving the most votes will be awarded the coveted cover of the 2019 Forget-Me-Not Calendar.
Winners of 2nd through 13th place will appear as a photo on one of the twelve months. Winners will be notified via website, donor e-blast, social media sites, or personally by telephone.
Your pet's photo will appear on the day of your choice within a month. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day. First come first served. Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. Think about birthday, adoption anniversary, or a holiday to feature your pet. Every pet deserves their very own day! Each day is an additional $10, tax deductible, donation.
Want to pre-order your calendar? Each calendar requires a $15 donation. You have until 10 PM EST on December 2 to pre-order your calendar.
Our Save Rate is 100%. Many of the dogs in our rescue were already slated for euthanasia when we rescued them, most of them had been labeled, medical, fearful and aggressive, but we know too often the real reason they are on death row is because of a lack of space. We are very proud to continue with our promise of never euthanizing any pet until every opportunity of treatment or rehabilitation has been exhausted. FMN proudly participates in the Shelter Animals Count and the link to our stats can be found below, to evaluate our live save rate we use the Asilomar Accords guidelines and the calculations can be seen at the bottom of each years reporting.
